I created this website to aid my own Chinese language learning and to share this tool with fellow learners who need listening practice.

The website includes the following features:

• Practice listening and dictation in Chinese. The lessons are taken from HSK textbooks or from idioms, proverbs, stories, and works of Chinese literature.

• The web will read each sentence and pause for you to write it down, then provide feedback on the correctness of your answers.

• After dictation, you can practice shadowing with the sentence you just wrote. Shadowing includes scoring for pronunciation, tones, and sentence completeness.

• When you encounter new words while dictating, you can save them to the Word Bank for later review.

• You can track your learning progress, resume the lesson you were working on, and review the sentences you got wrong.

• Print the vocabulary saved in the Word Bank to a PDF file or on paper in the form of a Chinese character practice sheet for writing practice.
