Passionate project 7749 sleepless nights  Coool café

I am doing this project both to gain more understanding of the industry (IT and coffee) as well as to satisfy my passion for finding cool coffee shops whenever I go out. Furthermore, AI is strong now, so it often helps alleviate some tasks, although I have to always be in a state of learning new things. Therefore, I realize every profession has its own complexities. Once you do it, you understand that everyone struggles, it just depends on whether they are willing to understand each other or not kkkk

Why did I start with this idea?
1. In the process of researching Vietnamese culture during the Indochina era, I came across a saying that the French would open a coffee shop wherever they established a colony:

"To establish a colony, the British start with their wallets, the Spanish with a church, the French with a café .." as cited by Lemire in the book La Cochinchine Francaise en 1878 / Southern Vietnam in 1878)

Moreover, the role of coffee shops during the enlightenment period in Europe is also interesting, you can delve into this section. Because many great minds met here.

So, I define Coool café as a place to enjoy good coffee (fifth wave coffee) and exchange ideas. It’s also a game, but the context changes a bit. Let's meet for coffee to chat and exchange ideas, kkk.

2. Strongly inspired by Indie hackers, like levelsio, marc lou, tony dinh,... These folks self-learn and build from A to Z, learning as they build, shipping the most basic products to the market. Then from user feedback ➞ build the most fitting product. Back then, I thought it had to be systematic, everything fully researched before launching, but listening to levelsio's story about the most successful product starting just from a shared Google Sheet with edit permissions left open ➞ so everyone contributed content right away, kkk. They also built products from personal pain points, so I learned from that:

Like good coffee and travel a lot ➞ always spent hours looking for coffee shops rather than places to eat or sleep ➞ build Coool café kkkk

After working on it, I saw so many interesting aspects; at a larger scale, each country, each province has its own coffee culture, different design styles, and there are many shops I never thought existed. Therefore, I see coffee shops as their artworks, and since they are artworks, there can't be any regulations or rules binding them, just go for it, kkk

In some places:
- Serving pour-over coffee in champagne glasses.
- A barista over 70 years old
- Built from recycled materials,...

So the more I do, the more I want to explore, just look at these fascinating shops.

I also consider this a work of mine. So I invite everyone to enjoy it. The data I prepared might still have some gaps, bugs might still lurk somewhere, but I think it's better to launch it for everyone to join in and play.
