I have a few friends who work in HR, CS, and Sales, and they frequently work with Google Forms. They often encounter common issues as follows:

• Reviewing submissions can be difficult when they cannot directly manipulate the submission while reviewing.

• It takes time to classify and label data when reviewing submissions.

• They need to receive notifications through common chat channels when there is a new submission to avoid missing important submissions.

• Collaboration becomes challenging when the number of submissions starts to increase.

• It is hard to get an overall view of the data available.

Recognizing these pain points, I built a small tool that addresses the following issues:

• No more manual tagging or data classification thanks to the workflow feature; this feature allows for specific actions when there's a new submission, such as classifying and automatically tagging, and sending notifications through chat channels like Zalo and Telegram to members.

• Reduced time to build dashboards; the app has various types of customizable charts based on preference from chart type to positioning.

• Faster submission review due to an optimized interface and a set of hotkeys for quick reviewing.

• Faster data processing, allowing immediate action during the review process.

• Easier collaboration, as multiple users can work together on a form without affecting each other.
