Tinh Tốc is a work management platform designed for programming teams, startups, and small businesses—teams that need to move quickly but do not want to be slowed down by cumbersome processes.

Most teams today have to choose between two extremes: overly heavy and rigid tools like Jira, or tools that are so flexible that they become confusing and lack control like Notion. Meanwhile, Base.vn or 1Office seem to overlook small teams.

Tinh Tốc was created to strike a balance: enough structure to operate efficiently, simple enough to get started right away, and fast enough to keep up with real working speeds. Vilium was not created to innovate on ideas, but to innovate on the quality of product execution in the Vietnamese market.

Operate goals at the organizational level with health status such as On Track / At Risk / Issues, directly linked to ongoing tasks. Provides users with the clearest perspective.

Content News
An internal update flow where teams share project progress, accompanied by AI summaries to keep everyone informed of what’s important. Especially the AI feature for personalized news aggregation.

VI Agent
An AI assistant that helps review backlog, identify bottlenecks, and suggest assignments based on each member's abilities and context.

Integration and Synchronization.
Pull requests and commits from GitHub automatically sync into the project. Notifications are sent directly to Lark and Telegram, where Vietnamese teams work daily.
