The Journey of "Building In Public": From Idea to lab68dev-platform

Hello everyone, I am lab68dev. Recently, I have started building a personal "framework" (base) called lab68dev-platform. This is my most passionate project to serve the ecosystem of personal products in the future.

Tech Stack & Project Vision

This project is focused on optimizing the latest Next.js platform, combined with the powerful processing capabilities of AI Integration.

Although it is currently in the Work In Progress (WIP) phase and still very preliminary, I have decided to Open Source the entire source code for three main reasons:

• Creating positive pressure: By publicly disclosing progress, I force myself to be disciplined and work harder on coding every day.

• Systematizing knowledge: This is where I document the entire hands-on process, from designing Clean Architecture, managing State Management, to optimizing performance.

• Learning from the community: I hope to receive honest feedback or constructive criticism from everyone to improve my programming mindset and make the code "cleaner".

What Lies Ahead?

In the upcoming updates, I will focus deeply on:

1. A flexible Microservices architecture for expandable modules.

2. SEO optimization and page loading speed (Core Web Vitals).

3. Deep integration of AI Agents to automate workflows.
